PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus, a document management method and a document management program capable of easily computerizing a paper document. SOLUTION: This image forming apparatus comprises a paper document reading means for reading the paper document, an attribute information input means to which the attribute information of the read paper document is input, and an image saving means for saving the image read by the paper document reading means with the attribute information input by the attribute information input means.
