PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time until a problem is solved, by relieving the work amount of a log collection responsible person, when an error occurs, and at the same time, supporting the enhancement of efficiency in subsequent reproduction experiment and debugging. SOLUTION: An operation process log collection system comprises a log-recording means 22 for respectively recording identifiers corresponding to various parameters in an operation process log, which indicates an event performed in an application group or the internal state, so as to generate an identifier recording/operation process log L; a log recording memory 22 for recording the identifier recording/operation process log L; a log taking out means 24 for inputting the identifier recording/operation process log L<SB>E</SB>including an error indicating identifier from a log-recording means 21, when the means 21 recognizes the error, retrieving an error occurrence place from a log-recording memory, based on the identifier recording/operation process log L<SB>E</SB>, and taking out the desired identifier recording/operation process log L at the place; and a terminal 12 for collecting the desired identifier recording/operation process log L and storing it.
