PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a re-sticking prevention label by which, when a label stuck to an article is peeled off, it turns out that it is peeled off and with simple structure and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The label includes a printing layer formed by a transparent label material and UV hardened ink formed on one surface of the label material and an adhesive layer formed on the upper surface of the printing layer by emulsion type adhesives. In addition, in the re-sticking prevention label, an area where a non-adhesive layer is formed and an area where a non-adhesive layer is not formed exists on the upper surface of the adhesive layer. Furthermore, a manufacturing method of the re-sticking prevention label forms the printing layer on one surface of the transparent label material by the UV hardened ink and forms the adhesive layer by the emulsion type adhesives on a surface on the side where the printing layer is formed of the label material.
