PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera case capable of easily housing a camera for carry or storage, easily turning the camera into photographing state of exposing a front surface of the camera having a photographing lens part and an upper surface of the camera where a shutter is provided and also being used as a camera stand for supporting the camera at an arbitrary inclining position. SOLUTION: The camera case 1, which houses the camera to be freelt attachable and detachable, is provided with: a first case body 3 wherein a bottom surface member 35 covering a bottom surface, a first front surface member 31 covering a lower portion of a front surface 3a of a camera, a rear surface member 34 covering a rear surface, left and right side walls 32, 33, and jounal parts 32a, 33a on one side are integrally formed; a second case body 4 wherein a second front surface member 41 covering an upper portion of the front surface 2a, an upper surface member 44 covering an upper surface, right and left surface members 42 and 43 covering left and right surfaces, and jounal parts 42a on the other side jounaling the first case body 3 from a closing position to an opening position approximately at≥270°are integrally formed; lock grooves 42b, 43b which are formed into the concentric circular arc of turning centers of of respective jounal parts; and a lock pawl 32b.
