PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a square wave/voltage conversion circuit which can form a desired reference voltage in high accuracy by changing the duty of square wave signal. SOLUTION: The waveform formation circuit 10 converts the input square wave signal into a square wave signal, the amplitude of which is internal reference voltage. An integration circuit 20 generates the voltage Vcnt1 by integrating the output of the wave formation circuit 10. A voltage divider circuit 30 outputs the constant voltage Vcnt2. A voltage /current converter circuit 40 generates the current Icnt1 corresponding to the voltage Vcnt1. A voltage/current converter 50 generates the current Icnt2 corresponding to the voltage Vcnt2. An output circuit 60 outputs the voltage Vref corresponding to the difference current Icnt3 of the difference of the current Icnt1 and the current Icnt2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
