PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel feed control device for an engine prohibiting detection of glazing of a fuel filter at the time of a low temperature and capable of suitably increasing the detection frequency of glazing due to a foreign matter by a low cost method. SOLUTION: A fuel pressure sensor 8 is situated on the fuel outflow side of the fuel filter 7 situated between a feed pump 2 and an injection pump 4 and a fuel pressure is detected, and glazing is detected by monitoring a difference in a fuel pressure between the fuel inflow side and the fuel outflow side of the fuel filter 7. Or to avoid detection of glazing of the fuel filter 7 by fuel waxing phenomenon at the time of a low temperature, a time elapsing from a start of an engine is counted ny a timer count device 14, and no detection is executed until a preset glazing detection prohibition period elapses.
