PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous polyurethane resin dispersion which is excellent in stability with age and in water resistance of its dry film. SOLUTION: The aqueous polyurethane resin dispersion (A) comprises a polyurethane resin produced by reacting an organic polyisocyanate (a), a polyol (b), and a compound (c) having a hydrolyzable silyl group and one or two or more active hydrogen-containing groups, an oligomer (B) having aminimide groups, and an aqueous medium. In addition, the aqueous polyurethane resin dispersion (A') comprises a polyurethane resin produced by reacting an organic polyisocyanate (a), a polyol (b), a compound (c) having a hydrolyzable silyl group and one or two or more active hydrogen containing groups, and a compound (d) having an aminimide group and one or two or more hydrogen-containing groups, and an aqueous medium.
