PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a report creation system of an elevator operation status creating a report of the elevator operation status in front of a customer based on the newest operation information data of the elevator. SOLUTION: The report writing system of the elevator operation situation comprises a remote monitoring terminal device 1, a data collection accumulator 2, and a portable terminal device 3. The portable terminal device 3 comprises a first processing part 10 for acquiring the operation information data from the remote monitoring terminal device 1, a second processing part 11 for acquiring customer information data from the data collection accumulator 2, a storage section 12 for the portable terminal for storing the operation information data by the first processing part 13 and the customer information data by the second processing part 11, and a third processing part 14 for commanding a printing device 13 to print the report based on the operation information data and customer information data taken out of the storage section 12 for the portable terminal.
