PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more early and more certainly detect a sign indicating occurrence of wrinkles on a recording material having an image. SOLUTION: This image forming device 100 forms a regular unvisible image on paper using an unvisible toner. The invisible image on the paper is read by a sensor 45 after fixing, and it is determined whether or not the regularity is disturbed. When the disturbance is determined, information related to the occurrence of the wrinkle in the paper is outputted. Therefore, before a wrinkle for giving a serious effect to the image quality occurs, the information related to the occurrence of the wrinkle can be transmitted to a user.
