PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and efficient method for transporting a chemical which, at a user side, does not require facilities for storing and dissolving the chemical, etc. and dispensing with a fixed worker for the same for reducing the cost of the facilities and labor on a user side, and which, on a chemical supplier side, increases the transportation efficiency of the chemical per unit and a suppliable area. SOLUTION: This method transports and delivers to a user a chemical which is in a powder form and dissolved by a solvent to be used. The method includes a step S1 of storing the chemical in a bag body with the predetermined weight of the chemical which is kept in a storage house; a step S2 of supplying the number of bag bodies storing the chemical needed by the user into a tank truck supplying opening of a tanker and for keeping the chemical in the tank truck in the powder form with the bags opened; a step S3 of transporting the chemical to the chemical receiving place of the user by the tank truck; a step S4 of supplying a solvent and steam at the receiving place for mixing and dissolving the chemical; and a step S5 of supplying the dissolved chemical solution to the storage tank of the user.
