PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular behavior control device capable of suppressing the roll-over of a vehicle while ensuring the vehicular traveling property by adequate deceleration control. SOLUTION: The vehicular behavior control device comprises a braking means to brake wheels of a vehicle, an engine output adjusting means 7 to control the output of an engine 8 of the vehicle, a roll rate detection means 13 to detect the roll rate of the vehicle, a lateral acceleration detection means 17 to detect the lateral acceleration of the vehicle, and a roll-over suppression control means 21 which applies the braking by a braking mechanism and suppresses the output of the engine 8 by the engine output adjusting means 7 if a first control execution condition based on the roll rate detected by the roll rate detection means 13 when the vehicle makes a turn is established, and applies the braking by the braking mechanism if a second control execution condition based on the value of the lateral acceleration detected by the lateral acceleration detection means 17 is established when the vehicle makes a turn.
