The rectangular fabric cloth carrying advertising (A,B,C) has a bar at the lower end helping to pull the cloth off the motor-driven inner roller. The cloth is attached to the inner roller at its top edge. It passes through a slit in the outer fixed roller. The inner roller has C-shaped cross-section with a slit which can extend all the way to the ends.
