COMMUNICATION TRAFFIC LIMITING METHOD AND PROGRAM AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely limit occurrence of communication traffic having a specific traffic pattern.

SOLUTION: A communication processing means 5 performs data communication processing with a communication network or a server. A communication control means 6 receives a data transmission request from applications 4-1 to 4-n and delivers the requested data to the communication processing means. A control conditions managing means 7 manages control parameters being used by the communication control means 6. The communication control means 6 determines a transmission delay time of next data from the amount of data delivered from the applications 4-1 to 4-n and can transmit next data after the transmission delay time thus determined.
