<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for converting an organic material into a fuel by which a running cost of a thermal cracking processing installation is reduced, and various kinds of starting raw materials are utilized by being processed into a carbide without being discarded as they are. <P>SOLUTION: The emulsion fuel is formed (S103) by forming the raw material containing organic materials into a powdery carbide free from water by a thermal cracking processing (S101) by indirect heating, and mixing the carbide with a liquid combustible component. The carbide is properly subjected to a pulverizing treatment (S102). The emulsion fuel may be utilized as a fuel for the thermal cracking processing (S101) or a combustion treatment (S104) for burning a gas generated at the thermal cracking treatment. A liquid material containing a hydrocarbon component is cited as the liquid combustible component, and exemplified by various kinds of waste oils, oils and fats generated at forming process of various kinds of products. A toxic substance-remover for reacting with a toxic substance component in the raw material to form the harmless salts instead of the toxic substance is properly added to and mixed with the raw material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
