PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device having a terminal part which makes surface electric resistance small. SOLUTION: In the display device having the terminal part connected with a signal line on a substrate surface, at least part of the terminal part consists of a sequential layered product of a first transparent conductive film and a second transparent conductive film , the first transparent conductive film is constituted by being exposed from the second transparent conductive film at a part of the part and the first transparent conductive film is constituted with higher crystallinity than that of the second transparent conductive film.
