PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation/echo canceller system enabling stabilized two-way communication without causing an oscillation phenomenon and a echo phenomenon between two communication apparatuses. SOLUTION: The oscillation/echo canceller system has a microphone for taking an audio signal conducting as air vibration into its hollow body having an insert part with an opening via the opening of the insert part, and a speaker having a sealed structure except one sound radiating hole for loudening the audio signal received from an external transceiver. The sound radiating hole of the speaker 11 faces the opening 3 of the insert part 4 and an even number of two or more sound radiating ways 12 of the same lengths and the same inner diameters extend from the sound radiating hole to the opening. The microphone 10 is disposed at a position distant from the sound radiating hole of the speaker to the opening of the insert part, and a sound collecting way 15 for collecting a sound from the opening is made of a material incapable of directly collecting a sound from the sound radiating hole of the speaker.
