PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method of a circumferential surface of a tire shaping mold capable of coping with a partially fabricated segment mold which can not be arranged in a full circular shape since it is under production, and segment molds each having a different shape and dimension. SOLUTION: The invention relates to a method of measuring the shape of the circumferential surface of the mold which is composed a plurality of segments S and is used for tire shaping. There is measured the shape of the circular surface 4 of the segment S.
