<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide driving with positive confirmation of points of concern specific to a spot wherein accidents tend to happen to a driver by an economical composition. <P>SOLUTION: An RFID tag recording a warning type code is housed in a road surface installed RFID 2. The onboard warning device 1 mounted on a vehicle reads the warning type code from the RFID tag housed in the road surface installed RFID 2 during traveling, and it carries out a warning action responding to the read warning type code.
