CREW DISCRIMINATION SENSOR SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crew discrimination sensor system with excellent productivity because of a low cost and a small outer size and with high performance and high reliability by stabilizing characteristics such as sensitivity and a temperature. SOLUTION: The crew discrimination sensor system is provided with: a weight detection means 110 for detecting the weight of a crew for taking a seat to generate an analog output corresponding to the weight; a signal multiplexer means 210 for selecting and switching a plurality of analog outputs in time division to generate an analog multiplex sensor signal; a temporal A-D conversion means 220 that receives the analog multiplex sensor signal, utilizes signal propagation delays of semiconductor switches connected in cascade in multi-stages and converts the sensor signal into a digital output with a high resolution corresponding to the signal propagation delay and applies temporal A-D conversion to the analog output of the weight detection means in order to solve the problem.
