PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication terminal for retaining advanced secrecy. SOLUTION: A cellular phone 100 comprises a telephone directory storage 134; a key input 108 for receiving specific information for specifying a terminal that becomes one's party from a user; a radio 106 for communicating information; a control unit 128 for extracting the telephone number of a terminal that has transmitted reception information from reception information that the radio 106 received; a telephone directory management section 124 for determining which terminal that the specific information specifies a terminal that has transmitted reception information coincides with, based on the telephone directory and specific information, and a telephone number; a dispatch/arrival history storage 132 in which the telephone directory management section 124 stores information for indicating a terminal that has transmitted reception information and is determined to be different from any terminals that the specific information specifies as a reception history; a display unit 112 for displaying the telephone directory, and the arrival history and dispatch history; and a call section 110 for outputting information that a user who transmitted reception information tried to transmit.
