PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that realizes the high filling density and high-speed manufacturing cycle of magnetic powders through dry forming in manufacturing magnets and forming magnetic powders or in the associated dry forming equipment. SOLUTION: This method comprises the following two processes a filling process starts filling magnetic powders G in a mortar 3 with a magnetic field generation pattern 2 positioned above a dedicated filling depth and relatively moves the pattern 2 up to the filling depth for a mortar 3; filling the magnetic powders G and a forming process relatively moves the cope 1 within the mortar 3, when filling magnetic powders G is complete; and pressure-forming the magnetic powders G in the magnetic field.
