PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to apply an adhesive to a ferrule without performing aspiration by making air bubbles hard to mixing into the flange of the ferrule by immersing the flange in the adhesive. SOLUTION: The adhesive 15 is applied to the ferrule 10 by immersing the flange 11 in the adhesive 15. Firstly, the flange 11 of the ferrule 10 is immersed in the adhesive 15. In that case, the adhesive 15 is sucked up inside the flange 11 by capillarity. Further, when the flange 11 of the ferrule 10 is immersed in the adhesive 15, the adhesive 15 is sucked up inside the flange 11 while pushing out the internal air, therefore, the danger that air bubbles mixes into the flange 11 hardly occurs.
