HOLLOW FIBER TYPE BLOOD PURIFICATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the thrombogenesis by eliminating stagnation of the blood in a blood supply space. SOLUTION: Both ends of a hollow fiber bundle 3 are potted inside a case 2 so that the inside of the case is partitioned into a blood channel inside the hollow fibers and a process liquid channel outside the hollow fibers, and cap members 7 and 9 are liquid-tightly attached to the both ends of the case. The cap members 7 and 9 are provided with a blood inlet port 6 and a blood outlet port 8 communicating with the blood channel. The case is provided with a process liquid inlet port 13 and a process liquid outlet port 14 communicating with the process liquid channel. The blood supply spaces 24 where the blood introduced from the blood inlet port 6 is passed before flows in the blood channel are formed between the end faces of the hollow fiber bundle 3 and the ceiling surfaces of the cap members 7 and 9. The ceiling surfaces of the cap members 7 and 9 are formed with resistance parts 32 protruded toward the end face sides of the hollow fiber bundle 3 and provided with blood inlet ports 20 facing outward the outer edge parts of the resistance parts 32 out of the blood supply spaces 24.
