PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope apparatus for which the entire constitution can be simplified and miniaturized by supplying fluid to a balloon and sucking it by utilizing a fluid supplier for supplying the fluid to the distal end part of an endoscope insertion part and a suction device for performing suction from the distal end part. SOLUTION: The balloon 42 is mounted near the distal end of the insertion part 12 of an endoscope 10, and the balloon 42 is connected through a tube 104 for the balloon to an air sending and water sending valve 86 and a suction valve 98. The air sending and water sending valve 86 and the suction valve 98 are turned to a two-stage pressing operation structure, and by performing the pressing operation of the second stage of an air sending and water sending button 32 and a suction button 34, air is supplied to the tube 104 for the balloon and sucked.
