PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet processor, preventing rotational shifting of a sheaf of sheets and preventing lowering of productivity. SOLUTION: A sheaf P3 of bookbinding sheets placed on a bookbinding sheet loading means 61 positioned on the side of a cutting means D and loaded with book-bound sheets P3 is held by a clamping transport means 70, and with the sheaf of book-bound sheets held by the clamping transport means 70, the sheaf of book-bound sheets P3 is moved to reciprocate between the cutting position for cutting one side end of the sheaf of book-bound sheets P3 and a predetermined position away from the cutting position. After one side end is cut, the sheaf of book-bound sheets P3 moved to the predetermined position by the clamping transport means 70 is rotated to turn the other side end toward the cutting position by a rotating means 76.
