PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum foil manufacturing method which is applicable regardless of the chemical composition of aluminum constituting foil and with which production of pinholes can be suppressed by a simple method. SOLUTION: In the polymerized rolling of aluminum foil, a separator oil having a dynamic viscosity of 0.6-1.3 mm2/s at 40°C is supplied on the polymerized surface of the foil.
