The device has a container (1) for containing water-sand mixture (2) and floating water (8). The container has, at its upper part, a filling orifice (3) through which the mixture and water are filled in the container and a flow nozzle (4) at its lower part for flowing out the mixture on wet sand in a homogeneous manner. The container has a lid (6), a handle (7) and a multi-usage stiletto (5).
