PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology excellent in practicability and productivity which can easily obtain a lengthy diagonal thread fabric for a large FRP product. SOLUTION: In a method for producing a fabric for FRP, a mandrel 1 which can move in the axial direction is inserted into a braider 2 having a diagonal thread supply part 3 which is formed to supply diagonal threads S onto the peripheral surface of the mandrel 1 at a prescribed angle±θto the axis of the mandrel 1, the diagonal threads S are supplied from the supply part 3 to weave a cylindrical fabric 4 on the peripheral surface of the mandrel 1, and the cylindrical fabric 4 is cut in the axial direction of the mandrel 1, producing the lengthy fabric 5 in which the diagonal threads S are arranged. |
