The method involves receiving and analyzing an un-formatted email to extract identifiers of a teleconference organizer and participants for determining telephone numbers of the organizer and participants. Teleconference date and time is determined, and a telephone communication is established between a telephone line attributed from a teleconference bridge (8) and each participant and organizer, at the determined date and hour. An independent claim is also included for a system for activating a voice teleconference through a telephone network.
