Use is claimed of asymmetrically-substituted s-triazine derivatives in improving the solubility of symmetrically-substituted s-triazine derivatives in either (A) an insulating oil component; or (B) an oil phase of a dispersed 2- or higher-phase system optionally also containing an aqueous phase.
