Shift arrangement has a shift lever (4) on which at least a shift fork (2) can be longitudinally displaced. The lever is mounted on a gearbox shaft via a gearshift sleeve or a synchronization unit. To displace the shift lever a combined electrohydraulic displacement unit (10, 16) is provided. The invention also relates to a corresponding method for operating an inventive shift arrangement.
