<p>Its structure allows housing two casks (9) on each support (1), and the casks (9) will be arranged in a staggered manner in the stacking between supports.</p><p>The structure of each support (1) consists of two bedplates (2), each one with a seating for housing a cask (9), constituted of a carriage (10) formed by a rectangular platform with freedom of movement parallel to the bedplate (2) and perpendicular to the vertical plane defined by the frameworks of the support (1) as a result of two mortises (15) with wheels (17) fixed to the carriage (10) and which can move along each bedplate (2), and as a result of two other mortises (16) with wheels (19) fixed to the support and on which the platform of the carriage (10) slides.</p><p>Each cask (9) rests on four rotating wheels (14), each one on a vertex of the framework of the carriage (10).</p><p>The invention is especially applicable in large wine ageing cellars.</p> |
