<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The apparatus comprises at least one post acting as a pile, a grip mechanism located to the side of the post, a vertically movable anchor device for sinking the post into the ground and at least one wall plank or panel held by the grip mechanism. The plank or panel combines with the post to form at least part of the wall. The anchor device comprises a tube centrally located inside the post and a hose extending through the tube and having an outlet at the foot of the post at one end and a connection to a suction nozzle and pressurised water supply at the other end. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a method for anchoring posts for a partition wall in or next to a body of water by sinking a profile (2) into the ground, placing a post containing a central tube over the profile until it is resting on the ground, lowering a hose into the tube until it reaches the foot of the post and then connecting the hose to a pressurised water supply and suction nozzle so the water loosens the soil around the foot of the post and the loose soil is sucked up until the post has been sunk to a predetermined depth.
