Device has an exchanger (8) designed to increase temperature of a gaseous flow entering in a turbine (11). The exchanger is supplied with a gaseous flow provided from a cathode outlet (5) of a fuel cell (3) after traversing a liquid water condenser (6), and supplied with a gaseous flow coming out from an air compressor (10) driven by the turbine. The turbine and the air compressor form a turbocompressor. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle comprising a gas management device.
