The garment has shoulders (2) in direct contact with a load e.g. backpack (6), and made of a material that is less thick, airy and less warm than material of zones of the garment exposed to free air, for limiting sweating of a carrier at the point of contact of the load. Straps (5) connect the garment with the load using a fastening system e.g. zip fastener, to avoid airflow between the load and lightweight part of the garment.
