he development of this system allows cellular telephones to operate as a means with which one can ask for help mainly when the network connection is interrupted due to the distance of the cellular telephony antennas from cellular phones. Upon addition of a satellite signal receiver to the cellular phone and modification of the software of this last, the system in question is in position to send to and receive from other cellular phones or emergency receivers emergency messages without the cellular telecommunication company's interference making thus the cellular telephone useful even when it is out of connection. Owning to their nature, these emergency messages are gratis while the use of cellular phones utilized for this purpose has no impact to the cellular telecommunications companies.
