<p>PURPOSE: A method for making a filler for ascon(asphalt concrete) is provided to prevent environmental pollutions, reduce the treatment cost, recycle an industrial waste into resources, and improve the quality of ascon. CONSTITUTION: The method for making a filler for ascon by recycling the stainless dust generated from a stainless steel production process comprises the steps of: collecting the stainless dust from a stainless melting bath; briquetting the collected stainless dust and melting the stainless dust in an electric furnace to separate a metal and slag in one part and a dust in the other part; selecting the dust and drying the dust in a dryer to be the moisture content less than 1 wt%; and grinding the dried dust to the particle size of 75-600 micrometers.</p> |
