The framework has two superimposed lower and upper tubular metal frames (A, B). The frame (B) slides inside the frame (A) to form base. The frame (A) has two vertical lower tubular posts (1, 1 `) integrated to horizontal bearing plates (8, 8 `) for fixing on a horizontal plane. A reinforcement gusset (7) is placed in line on half of the height of the back side of each post. The gusset is also fixed on the corresponding plates.
