The ceiling (1) is made of wooden beams (3t) and plates (4n). It is rendered monolithic by fixture devices (5f) and is predisposed for an integrated casting of reinforced concrete (2). The fixture devices produce a pressure within their contact surfaces (Sc) sufficient to ensure that they resist solidly loads bearing on them, since substantially they form a single monolithic body. The wooden plates are arranged transversally in relation to the wooden beams and in the fixture devices are threaded items (5f) which pass through the wooden plates and penetrate the wooden beams beneath them. These threaded items are distributed over the entire length of the beams.
