1. A wooden fitting joinery piece has two sharpened ends and an approximately triangular cross-section, shaped by the radius of the lateral surface. It is characterised in that between the semicircular ends with the radius (R), it has the bottom contacting edge (1), which connects lateral surfaces along the straight line with the length 0(L)= 1000mm. 2. A device for producing fitting joinery pieces is equipped with a saddle with a mounting pocket and the board and the master. The saddle moves to and from along the slide. It cooperates with a set of profiled milling cutters, mounted on a spindle, which rotates on bearings. The device is also equipped with a guiding ring, rotating on bearings. It is characterised in that it is equipped with an exchangeable master (7) in the shape of a cuboidal plate with opposite corners cut to form semicircles with the radius (R). The corners adjoin one of the longest planes of the plate. The master is fixed rigidly to the mounting pocket (6) and is in constant contact with the guiding ring (2) during the working movement of the saddle (9). |
