Foldable utility knife

A utility knife comprises a handle and a blade holder. The blade holder is pivotally mounted on the handle for movement from an unfolded position to a folded position. The handle has a space adapted to receive at least a portion of the blade holder when the blade holder is in its folded position. The blade has means for holding a blade thereon and a finger support mounted on the blade holder.
