The device for feeding fish into processing machines constitutes an element of a processing line in the fish processing industry. It has the form of a trough with a constant cross-section and a rounded bottom, straight or slanting in the longitudinal direction. It is characterised in that it consists of a trough and a conveying assembly. The rounded part of the U-shaped cross-section of the trough (1) is rotated by 180 degrees with respect to the horizontal plane. The trough has a slit (2), which is parallel to the longitudinal symmetry axis of the trough (1). The conveying assembly consists of a pair of endless strands (4) with rounded working edges. The strands are moved at a constant speed. They are parallel to each other and to the longitudinal edges (3) of the trough (1) sides. They are supported against the immobile guides (5) below the edge (3). |
