1. The crusher contains a frame with bearings, which accommodate shafts with crushing elements, secured in a comb-like manner. At the bottom, it is equipped with cleaning elements: brushes or scrapers. At the top, it is equipped with a swinging or rotating charging hopper. It is characterised in that the disks (3) are fixed to the shafts and mash with similar disks fixed to a neighbouring shaft (2). There is an adjustable working gap between the disks. Pairs of shafts (2) rotate in opposite directions or all shafts rotate in one direction. In case of rotation in opposite directions, there are guides (6) located over the gaps, which guide the streams of material to be crushed. Additionally, under the crusher, there are similar crushers with disk assemblies characterised by smaller cross-section of the working gap. |
