The resistive paste is based on titanium silicides. It is characterised in that it consists of: 13 percent to 47 percent by mass of the titanium silicide powders containing TiSi2 or Ti5Si3 or TiSi, 8 percent to 36 percent by mass of Pd powder, 8 percent to 36 percent by mass of silver (Ag) powder, 15 percent to 30 percent by mass of an organic carrier, and 4 percent to 13 percent by mass of glaze. The glaze consists of: 56 percent by mass of boron (III) oxide B2O3, 25 percent by mass of aluminium (III) oxide Al2O3, 18 percent by mass of calcium (II) oxide CaO, 1 percent by mass of zirconium (IV) oxide ZrO2. |
