The invention refers to pharmacology, especially to a local adsorbant remedy. The remedy, according to the invention, contains magnesium silicate, treated with extract from the biomass of Spirulina platensis cyanobacterium strain, at the same time the remedy contains at least 0,01% of amino acids, 0,01% of peptides and 0,01% of carbohydrates. The result consists in increasing the anti-inflammatory properties of the remedy.
