PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a pattern capable of highly accurately and simply forming an approximately solid flat thin-film pattern with the use of a liquid droplet discharging method, and to provide a circuit board and electronic equipment. SOLUTION: A dividing wall 60 is provided by coating a liquid droplet to at least a part of a boundary between a pattern forming region and the other region with the use of a liquid droplet discharging method.
