PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution system that contributes to reducing the work required for a user to report a change of the mail address of an information terminal to another information terminal. SOLUTION: The information distribution system has an information processor that stores documents for reporting the old and new mail addresses of an information terminal and a change to the mail address and that, when receiving a notification of the change to the mail address and a destination mail address from the information terminal, sends information about an inquiry on the destination mail address to the information terminal and that, when receiving information on an answer about the destination mail address from the information terminal, sets the destination mail address according to this answer information and sends email plus the document to the destination mail address; and an information terminal that stores the destination mail address and that, when receiving the input of the notification that the mail address will be changed and that information about the destination mail address will be sent to the information processor, sends this information to the information processor and sends the answer information to the information processor upon the selection of the destination mail address.
