PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marine information providing buoy for underwater which can offer marine information to an underwater ship sailing underwater or the like and can be configured more easily. SOLUTION: This marine information providing buoy for underwater is provided with marine information collecting means 213 and 215 for collecting marine information, a data processing means 211 for processing information including the marine information obtained by the marine information collecting means, and an underwater sound wave communicating means 221 for performing communication including transmitting information processed by the data processing means for underwater by a sound wave.
