PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-hardness thermoplastic elastomer composition having heat resistance. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises (A) a block copolymer containing (a) a methacrylic polymer block and (b) an acrylic polymer block and (B) a (meth)acrylic polymer obtained by controlling polymerization, wherein the weight ratio of (A):(B) is 95:5-50:50.
