PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muffler structure capable of increasing the length of an outlet pipe by a compact structure and increasing production efficiency by eliminating the bending of the outlet pipe. SOLUTION: This muffler structure comprises the outlet pipe inverting the flow passage of exhaust gases in a silencing chamber formed in a muffler body in a roughly U-shape and discharging the exhaust gases to the outside of the muffler body. The outlet pipe 10 is formed in a linear shape, and the flow passage R of the exhaust gases inverted in the U-shape and having one end communicating with the silencing chamber 11 and the other end communicating with the outside of the muffler body 1 is formed in the outlet pipe 10.
